Eight plans cover most eating styles. High Protein recipes carry 35g to 70g of protein each. Keto keeps carbs under 20g, while Lower Carb stays below 35g. Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Flexitarian and Calorie Conscious complete the set, and Vegetarian meals can provide up to five of your five-a-day. More than 35 recipes rotate weekly, so the menu keeps changing.
How the boxes work
Ingredients arrive measured out for each recipe, which saves prep time and cuts food waste. Recipes are approved by nutritionists and designed around goals such as building strength, managing weight or general wellbeing. The service has delivered more than 15 million meals.
