These terms govern your use of Shopperazzi. Shopperazzi is operated by Datafly Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 14411653. Registered office: 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. VAT number GB437689640. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Shopperazzi.

What Shopperazzi is

Shopperazzi is an independent shopping discovery, price-comparison and deals service. We gather product listings, prices, stock indicators, offers and voucher codes from retailers and affiliate networks and present them so you can find the best price and the best deals in one place. We are an aggregator — we do not sell any of the products listed, and we are not a party to any purchase you make.

Prices, stock and accuracy

Prices, availability, stock, delivery costs, offers and voucher codes are set by the retailers, not by us, and they can change at any time without notice. We refresh our data regularly but it may still be out of date, incomplete or, occasionally, wrong. The price and terms that actually apply are always the ones shown on the retailer's own website at the moment you check out. Always confirm the final price, availability and terms on the retailer's site before you buy.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links on Shopperazzi are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no extra cost to you. Some shops pay us a fixed fee instead, to send us their products, prices and offers directly: that pays for their content being here, not for where it appears. Shops can also pay to sponsor an offer, and anything paid for like that is labelled “Sponsored”. None of this changes the price you pay or how we rank: price comparisons are always ranked by price. Using the site

You may use Shopperazzi for your own personal, non-commercial shopping. You agree not to misuse the service — for example by scraping or harvesting our data at scale, interfering with the site's operation, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or using it in any unlawful way. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.

Your account

Accounts are free and are for people aged 16 or over. You can save shops, brands, keywords and products, and opt into deal alerts. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms or are used abusively.

Gift lists, Secret Santa and other things you add

You're responsible for what you add to gift lists, wishlists and Secret Santa groups. Only add other people's names and email addresses where they'd expect it, such as the people in your own gift exchange, and don't add anything unlawful, offensive or misleading. Anyone with a private or shared link can open that page, so only share links with the people they're meant for. We may remove content or groups that break these terms or are used to send people unwanted email.

No warranty

Shopperazzi is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we do not warrant that the information is error-free, complete or up to date, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Nothing here forms part of, or replaces, the contract you enter into with a retailer when you buy from them — your purchase is governed entirely by that retailer's own terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on prices, stock, offers or other information shown on Shopperazzi, or from any purchase, dispute, delivery, return or refund involving a retailer. Those are matters between you and the retailer. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-party sites

When you click through to a retailer you leave Shopperazzi and are subject to that retailer's terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content, products, services or practices of third-party sites.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
