About Grind
Beans, pods and cold brew
Grind keeps its range tight. Whole beans suit anyone with a grinder, while pre-ground bags save that step. The pods fit Nespresso Original machines and are home compostable, so used ones can go on the compost heap. For iced drinks there is a caramel cold brew concentrate. Bundles, refillable tins and brewing accessories fill out the rest of the shop.
Subscriptions and perks
Grind On Repeat is the subscription option. Pick your coffee and it turns up on a regular cycle, with free UK delivery on every subscription order. The Grind Rewards scheme adds points to each purchase, and those points can be cashed in for free coffee or pods. Students, NHS staff and members of the armed forces can claim discounts through partners such as Student Beans, TOTUM and GoCertify.
Before you check out
Standard UK delivery takes 2-4 days. One-off orders qualify for free delivery above a minimum basket value, which is shown at checkout. Grind says its delivery is carbon neutral and its coffee is sustainably sourced. No fixed returns window is listed. Instead, the brand calls its coffee quality guaranteed and asks customers to get in touch about any problem. Payment options are Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Is there a Grind coffee subscription?
Yes. Grind On Repeat sends your chosen coffee or pods on a regular schedule, and every subscription order comes with free UK delivery.
What happens if something is wrong with my order?
Grind describes its coffee as quality guaranteed rather than listing a set returns period. Write to [email protected] or ring the London phone line, and explain the problem.
