BOL Foods is a London maker of vegan convenience food. Its web shop sells bottled Power Shakes, meal drinks billed as nutritionally complete, while its soups and pots are stocked by supermarkets. Founder Paul, once a professional snowboarder, launched the business in 2015, and its first products were veg pots and salad jars.

The online shop centres on Power Shakes. BOL says each bottle holds at least 25g of protein, is high in fibre and is naturally low in sugar. The shakes are dairy and gluten free, and the Vegetarian Society certifies every recipe as vegan. Newcomers can order a mixed taster pack, then move on to a full 12-pack box.
Regular drinkers can set up a subscription and edit, skip or cancel it from their account. Changes need to be in by 10am two days before a delivery.
The Power Soups and Power Pots ranges are not on the website. Look for them at Asda, Morrisons, Ocado, Sainsbury's, Tesco or Waitrose, or use the store finder on BOL's site.
Delivery and refunds at a glance
- UK delivery costs nothing, whatever the order size.
- Parcels are tracked and go by express courier (Royal Mail, FedEx or Evri), aiming for 48 hours.
- Anything ordered before noon, Monday to Saturday, leaves the same day.
- There is no delivery to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands.
- Orkney, Shetland, the Hebrides, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man are also excluded.
- Being perishable, the shakes fall outside the usual 14-day cancellation right, and opened bottles are not refundable.
- Refunds are given if something is missing, a box arrives damaged, a parcel never turns up or goods are not as described. Send photos to [email protected].

Can I try BOL Power Shakes before buying a full box?
Yes. The mixed taster pack includes several flavours, so you can find the ones you like before ordering a full 12-pack box.
Are BOL soups sold on the website?
No. Power Soups and Power Pots are only sold in shops. BOL's site has a store finder, and named stockists include Tesco, Waitrose and Ocado.
Does BOL Foods deliver to Northern Ireland?
No. Northern Ireland is outside BOL's delivery area. So are the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and several island areas, including Orkney and Shetland.
What should I do if a BOL order arrives damaged?
