About Loving Foods
What's in the fridge
Fermented vegetables lead the range: classic sauerkraut, spicy kimchi and Kiddykraut, made for younger palates. Drinks include several kombuchas and Jun-Kombucha. There are also sauerkraut juice, beet kvass, hot sauce and apple cider vinegar. Mixed cases and seasonal boxes help first-time buyers sample a few flavours. Great Taste awards have gone to its Lemon & Ginger Jun-Kombucha and Turmeric Kimchi, among others.
How it's made
Every ingredient is certified organic apart from the salt and water, which cannot be. Batches are made by hand in a 7,000 sq ft facility beside the Bridgewater Canal, in small runs. Because the products are raw, they keep fermenting slowly and must stay refrigerated once they arrive.

Chilled items are packed with ice packs, and UK delivery is free on orders over £60. Loving Foods ships abroad as well. If a product arrives with a quality problem, contact customer service.
