Blonde, bleached or colour-treated hair has matching shampoo-and-conditioner pairs. Damaged hair is the target of the leave-in sprays: the Moneplex 04 contains keratin, and another uses a two-phase formula. Treatment extras include masks, oils and a hyaluronic serum called Hyaluronic Dream Luminizer. For styling, there is a volume powder for texture, a spray that lifts roots, a curl cream and a sea salt spray. According to the brand, the shampoos contain no sulfates and the masks and leave-ins contain no parabens. Its heat protection sprays are said to work at temperatures as high as 220°C.

Professionals get their own route in. A trade enquiry form on the site lets salons and individual stylists ask for professional prices.

Shipping from France

Delivery terms aren't consistent on the store right now. A homepage banner promises free delivery once an order tops £20. The written shipping policy instead quotes a €10 flat fee, with free delivery from €100, so check the total before paying. Standard parcels usually reach the UK in 5-10 business days once dispatched. Express is quicker, at around 2-5, and costs more for heavier orders. Import taxes or customs charges, if any, are paid by the customer.

To send something back, email for approval within a fortnight of the parcel arriving, then post it within the following fortnight. Items must be unopened with the hygiene seal unbroken, and the shopper covers postage. Refunds land on the card or account used to pay, within ten business days of approval.
