About MONÉ

MONÉ is a French professional haircare brand run by SAS MONÉ Group, a company registered in Issy-les-Moulineaux on the south-west edge of Paris. Its UK web store prices in pounds, ships only to UK addresses and sends orders from France. The brand says its formulas come from a team of hairdressers, designers and chemists, and that it sells in more than 30 countries. What MONÉ sells Shampoo and conditioner sets for coloured, bleached and blonde hair Leave-in conditioner sprays, including the Moneplex 04 keratin spray and a two-phase spray for damaged hair Hair masks, hair oils and the Hyaluronic Dream Luminizer serum Texturising volume powder, root volumising spray, sea salt spray and curl-defining cream Heat-protection styling sprays MONÉ describes its shampoos as sulfate-free and its masks and leave-in treatments as paraben-free, and says its heat-protection sprays guard hair at up to 220°C. Salons, stylists and hairdressers can apply for trade pricing through a professional enquiry form on the website. Delivery and returns The store's two delivery statements disagree. A banner on the homepage gives free delivery on orders over £20, while the shipping policy page still lists a €10 flat rate with free delivery above €100. Standard parcels arrive 5 to 10 business days after dispatch and express in about 2 to 5. Because orders leave from France, UK buyers pay any customs fees or import taxes charged on arrival. A return has to be requested within 14 days of receiving the parcel, with a further 14 days to send it back. Only sealed, unopened products with an intact hygiene seal qualify, and the buyer covers return postage. Defective or wrongly sent items should be reported with photos within 48 hours; MONÉ then refunds or replaces them and pays shipping both ways. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Ways to save at MONÉ Signing up for the MONÉ email newsletter brings 10% off the first order placed on the UK store (checked October 2026).
