The FUL site lets shoppers start from the problem rather than the product type. There are edits for damaged or breaking hair, blonde and grey hair, curls, dryness, frizz, shine, volume, oiliness and colour care. Each one leads to shampoos, conditioners, masks, treatments and styling products. Bundles group several products together, with sets for scalp care, oily hair, deep hydration and the brand's bestsellers.

Salon roots

The formulas come from stylists at Live True London, whose salons have used them in more than 250,000 treatments. The idea is salon-standard care at home, in formulas that each do several jobs at once. That suits anyone trying to cut down the number of bottles in the shower.

Delivery and ordering

FUL delivers to UK addresses only. Weekday orders placed before 12pm leave the same day and usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Weekend orders go out on the next working day. The free delivery threshold is £50. Double-check the basket before paying, because orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. Customer service is reached through a contact form seven days a week, with hours listed in Central European Time.
