Choosing a method

The first decision is how long you want the extensions to stay in. Clip-ins go in and come out the same day, which makes them a low-commitment starting point. For a longer-term fit there are Nano Bond strands, flat tape-in pieces, and tape wefts. In total Sway lists seven fitting methods.

The hair is double drawn, so strands keep a similar thickness from root to tip instead of thinning at the ends. Because it is Remy hair, the cuticles all run the same way, which helps it resist tangling.

Matching shade and length

With 49 shades on offer, colour matching is the part most buyers worry about. Sway's customer service team gives one-to-one advice on shade, length and method, so it is worth asking before you order. Lengths come in two-inch steps between 14 and 24 inches.

Aftercare and the guarantee
