Shelving and racking
Shelving is the backbone of the range. There are industrial, garage, office, archive and retail units, plus catering-grade, galvanised and chrome versions. House ranges include BiG200, BiG340 and BiG400, and there is longspan and wall shelving too. For heavier loads, BiGDUG supplies pallet, cantilever, wide span and tyre racking. Garment racking and van racking cover more specialised jobs.
Beyond shelves
Office chairs, cabinets for hazardous substances, and handling and access equipment are also in the range. Workshops can therefore source storage, seating and safety cabinets from one supplier. Racking accessories and protection are sold to finish an installation.
Ordering and returns
Delivery covers the whole UK, with next-day options on many products. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. BiGDUG takes Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Verified students save through Student Beans, while NHS, healthcare and armed forces workers can use a Blue Light Card. Phone lines open on weekdays, with shorter hours on Fridays, and there is an email address for queries.
