About Furniture Village
Room by room
In the living room, expect fabric corner sofas, modular designs and power recliners. Dining options include compact ceramic sets such as Clio and warmer oak ranges like Jupiter. For bedrooms, the Hadley and Veron ottoman beds lift to reveal storage underneath. Mattresses, wardrobes, hallway pieces and home office furniture fill out the rest.
Costs to factor in
Delivery is priced by item size and starts at £10, though many wardrobes go free. A premium service carries furniture into the room you choose and assembles it, and quicker options start from 72 hours. Online orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, bespoke pieces excepted. Dropping a return at a collection point is free, but home collection costs 25% of the item price.
Paying and peace of mind
Interest-free credit runs for up to 40 months on orders over £625, with a deposit of at least 10%. Furniture Village will match the price of any UK retailer selling the identical item brand new. Sofas, beds, dining and bedroom furniture carry a free 20-year structural guarantee, though clearance stock is excluded. Students, NHS workers and military personnel can claim a discount, and gift cards are sold. The company has also committed to net zero emissions by 2040.
