About Heals
Brands and designers in stock
Alongside its own furniture, Heals stocks Kartell, Ligne Roset and Tom Dixon. Classic designs by Charles and Ray Eames, Arne Jacobsen, Isamu Noguchi and George Nelson also feature. Plenty of the sofas and upholstery are built to order, so buyers choose the fabric and layout. Textiles, decorative items and smaller accessories fill out the range for anyone not kitting out a whole room. A complimentary interior design service can help plan a space around chosen pieces.
Delivery, collection and returns
Furniture travels by a white glove delivery service, and installation can be arranged. Smaller parcels go by standard delivery and usually turn up in two to three working days. Some Highlands and remote postcodes fall outside mainland delivery, so check yours early. Click and Collect is offered too. Most items can be sent back within 14 days in original, resaleable condition, but made-to-order pieces follow different rules.
Paying and support
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal all work at checkout, and interest-free credit spreads the cost of bigger buys. Students, NHS staff and military personnel can verify through Gocertify for a discount on full-price items. Gift cards are sold. Heals is B Corp certified and uses FSC-certified timber. Live chat runs seven days a week.
Sustainability at Heals
Committed to sustainable sourcing, FSC-certified timber and supporting British makers. B Corp certified.
