Full-fibre plans come as Full-fibre 100, 200, 500 and 1000. Where full fibre has not reached yet, the SuperFast part-fibre service, such as Part-fibre 80, uses fibre to the street cabinet. Many packages can include a landline. What you can get depends on your address, so check availability before choosing.
Costs and contract terms
Each plan has a £9.99 connection charge and an 18-month term. Because prices do not rise during the contract, bills stay predictable. A fast switching service takes care of moving you from your current provider. To cancel within the cooling-off period, contact customer service.

The router is posted once the order is confirmed, and activation typically follows within two weeks.
