About Box Broadband

What it offers

The product is broadband over full fibre, sold to households and to firms. Because the cable runs all the way to the building, the service is aimed at heavy use: streaming, online gaming, sharing large files and working from home. Professional installation is included when you sign up in a covered area. The network is still being extended, so confirm your address is covered before ordering.

Help for rural properties

Box Broadband takes part in a DCMS scheme that helps rural homes with the high cost of a fibre installation. It can apply on your behalf, but you need to opt in and reply promptly to emails from DCMS. Miss that step and you could be liable for the full installation cost.

Support and paying

Customer service runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Technical support covers seven days a week from 9am to 8pm, bank holidays included, with responses by email and voicemail. Bills can be paid by Direct Debit, Visa or Mastercard. New contracts come with a cooling-off period; ask customer service for the full contract terms before you sign.
