Service covers Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds, along with parts of Merseyside and the Midlands. Outside those areas Brsk can't connect you, so an address check comes before anything else. Where the network does reach, a professional installer sets up the connection. Plans are offered to both homes and businesses, for uses from streaming and gaming to remote working.
Contracts and price terms
Plans come on 24-month or rolling monthly contracts. On a 24-month contract, Brsk promises no price rises partway through, which makes budgeting simpler. Every new contract includes a cooling-off period, giving time to change your mind. Bills can be paid by Direct Debit, with Visa and Mastercard also accepted.
Support and extras
The support line is staffed seven days a week, 8am to 8pm. Calls about signing up are taken 8am to 6pm on weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays, and email support is available too. Blue Light Card members and people using the Defence Discount Service can get discounts. A referral scheme rewards both the customer who recommends Brsk and the friend who signs up. Brsk has no shops and sells online or by phone.
