About Ribble Cycles
Picking a bike
Race bikes are built for speed. Road bikes are versatile all-rounders, and endurance models favour comfort over long distances. Gravel bikes head off the tarmac. Hybrids suit commuting and relaxed rides, and e-bikes add motor assistance for hills and longer trips. The CGR name stands for commute, gravel and road, describing a bike that handles all three. Parts and accessories are sold separately for upgrades, repairs or a home build.
Paying and delivery
Bikes are delivered free within the UK, or you can collect from the Preston showroom instead. Ribble doesn't ship overseas. Cards, PayPal and Klarna are accepted. Interest-free finance is available through Klarna, PayPal and V12, with terms of up to 60 months, subject to status. Students can get a discount after Student Beans verification.
Returns and support
Ribble runs a 30-Day Test Ride scheme, so check its terms on the website. The standard returns policy takes back unused items within 30 days, and a bike must be unridden. Every bike carries a warranty. Phone support runs on weekday mornings, 9am to 1pm, and you can book a live or virtual appointment with an expert.
