About Tredz
Bikes and kit
Stock runs to more than 500 brands. At the top end there are carbon aero road bikes such as the Trek Madone, while commuter, leisure and off-road models cover everyday riding. Kids' bikes sit alongside men's and women's frames. Beyond the bikes you can pick up helmets, cycling clothing, indoor training equipment, accessories and replacement components. Trained mechanics are on the team for advice.
Paying for a bike
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna are all accepted. For bigger purchases, 0% APR finance is offered through PayPal UK and Novuna, subject to status and for UK residents aged 18 or over. PayPal Pay in 3 also works on eligible orders. Tredz supports the Cycle to Work scheme and swaps the bike free if the size turns out wrong. It runs a price match guarantee and sells gift cards. Students can verify through Student Beans, and Blue Light Card holders qualify too, with some brands excluded.
Delivery and returns
Tredz delivers within the UK only, as international shipping is suspended. Delivery is free above a minimum spend, with both £20 and £50 quoted, so check your basket. Unused items have a long returns window, published as anything from 90 days to a year. Used items in good condition have 30 days. Bought in a shop? Take it back to that store. Phone and live chat support are available.
Sustainability at Tredz
Tredz promotes cycling as a solution to health and transportation challenges, aiming to increase the footprint of cycling. They also support WEEE Recycling initiatives.

Tredz FAQs
Where are the Tredz shops?
There are three in South Wales: the Giant Swansea Store, Tredz Swansea and Tredz Cardiff. The business itself is headquartered in Swansea.
Who owns Tredz?
Tredz is part of Halfords Group. It grew out of a South Wales cycling business that started as M&P's Cycles and later traded as Cycleworld.
Can I order from Tredz outside the UK?
Not at present. International deliveries have been suspended, so Tredz only sends orders to addresses within the UK.
Can I use Cycle to Work at Tredz?
Yes. Tredz supports the Cycle to Work scheme. If a bike bought that way is the wrong size, it will exchange it free of charge.
How long do I have to return something?
Used items in good condition can go back within 30 days. Unused items get longer, with 90 days and 365 days both published, so confirm the current terms before ordering.
