About Pong Cheese
Choosing your cheese
The range runs from familiar Cheddars to stronger, softer cheeses such as Stinking Bishop and Vacherin. You can browse by country, cheese type or milk, which makes it easier to try something new or track down an old favourite. If you would rather build your own board, pick individual cheeses and put the selection together yourself.
Gifts and subscriptions
Cheese gifts suit birthdays, anniversaries and thank-yous. Seasonal selections appear for Mother's Day, and the Christmas range adds baked cheese, fondue and raclette. The Cheese Club sends a hand-picked selection of cheeses every month.
Delivery and problems
Most orders are packed in white cartons, chilled by frozen gel packs and cushioned with paper straw. Hampers are packed differently. Next-day delivery covers the UK, Northern Ireland included, and you can name a safe place if nobody is home. In warm weather, next-day delivery is the sensible choice. If a cheese arrives in poor condition, contact Pong Cheese under its quality guarantee for a replacement or refund.
