Bars, truffles and gifts

Bars run from high-cocoa dark through milk to white, with single-origin, flavoured and organic choices. Truffles and pralines sit alongside them. For presents, there are boxed selections, novelty chocolates, hampers and options that can be personalised. Businesses can arrange corporate gifting and bulk orders. Many of the makers stocked follow ethical cocoa sourcing, and packaging is recyclable where possible.

Delivery and returns at a glance

Orders over £200 are delivered free, deliveries are tracked, and a signature is needed, so plan for someone to be in. International shipping is available. Damaged deliveries must be reported within seven days and returned within 30 for a replacement or refund. You can also cancel within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus postage.

Paying and saving

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal are accepted, and gift cards are sold. A loyalty scheme gives points for every pound spent. Students can use Student Beans or TOTUM, and there are discounts for NHS staff and the military. The customer service team works Monday to Friday. Once a parcel arrives, keep the chocolate somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sun.
