Konditor is a family-owned London bakery, started in 1993 by Gerhard Jenne and known as Konditor & Cook until 2018. It bakes cakes and brownies to order in its own kitchens, then delivers many of them across the UK. It suits anyone sending a birthday cake or a box of brownies to someone who lives miles away.

What's in the bakery
Cakes are the headline. Choose from celebration and wedding cakes, classic bakes, personalised designs and number cakes, plus favourites like the Curly Whirly Cake. Brownies come in boxes, as personalised slabs such as the Rainbow Happy Birthday design, and on sharing platters. Desserts, biscuits and gifts complete the range, and there are free-from options for some dietary needs.
Getting a cake delivered
UK-wide delivery covers many products, and next-day delivery is available on many of them. Inside the M25, a London delivery service reaches most postcodes. Collection is free from any of Konditor's London shops, including the original one in Waterloo. Everything is freshly baked and handmade to order, so leave a little time when planning a celebration.
Perks and payment
The Cake Club Loyalty Scheme rewards regulars with Brownie Points. NHS key workers can claim a discount. The Customer Joy Team handles questions from Monday to Friday, and Konditor asks customers to get in touch if anything is not right. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Apple Pay.
