Dresses lead the women's range, from occasion styles for weddings to shirt, mini, midi and maxi dresses. Knitwear, coats, skirts and trousers fill out the wardrobe, along with tops, blouses and beachwear. Shoes include heels, flats, sandals and boots, and accessories cover bags, scarves and jewellery. Monsoon Children caters for younger customers.
Craft and materials
Monsoon works with artisans and suppliers to keep traditional skills alive, under an Ethical Trading Initiative code of conduct. Some of those partnerships go back more than 50 years. Since early 2024, 77% of its viscose, 73% of its cotton and 46% of all its products have used more sustainable materials.

Standard delivery is free on orders over £60, and returns are free, by post or in a store. Size guides are linked from product pages. Monsoon Reward members collect points on purchases and can reach VIP status. Students can verify through Student Beans and NHS staff through Health Service Discounts. Gift cards are available, and customer service answers by phone and email on weekdays.
