Unworn items with the original tags can be returned for a refund within 28 days of receipt; reduced items have 14 days. For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings and face masks can't be sent back. Posting a parcel back via Royal Mail costs a small fee, while dropping it at a standalone store is free. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal, and gift cards are sold. Students can verify through Student Beans or UNiDAYS for a discount.
