Frequent buyers can pay £14.99 for a yearly pass covering standard and next-day delivery, and it does not renew on its own.
Returns and paying
Unworn, unwashed pieces with labels still on can go back within 21 days of arriving. Each returned parcel costs £4, taken off the refund, or £2 when sent via InPost. Refunds are processed within 14 days. There are no exchanges, so a different size means placing a new order. Once a hygiene seal is broken, lingerie, swimwear, pierced jewellery and cosmetics are not returnable.
Checkout takes the main cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Clearpay. Students can verify with UNiDAYS or Student Beans, and gift cards are sold.
