About Mobile Direct
Phones and tablets in stock
iPhones make up a big share of the range, including the iPhone 16e, iPhone 15, 15 Plus and 15 Pro. Older models such as the 14 Pro and 14 Plus also feature. Samsung smartphones and Apple iPads sit alongside them. Every handset is unlocked, so buyers are free to pick their own network.
Checks and cover
Refurbished stock is tested and certified using partners Phonecheck and Checkmend, which check that each device works as it should. A warranty applies to all devices. Mobile Direct also offers repairs for a range of phone faults; contact the team for options and pricing.
Paying, delivery and returns
Delivery is free, and many items can arrive the next day. Mobile Direct ships to UK addresses only. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal, and a buy now, pay later option spreads the cost in interest-free instalments. Unused devices can be returned; confirm the current returns window on the website before buying. Students can verify through UNiDAYS or SheerID for a discount, and there are schemes for NHS staff and military personnel.
