Delivery, returns and help
Delivery is free and next-day on every order, to UK addresses only. The returns process covers faulty phones and poor signal. It also handles a change of mind on colour, model, plan or network, and orders where too many phones arrived. The Help Menu on the website explains each route and how refunds work. Customer service runs six days a week by phone or email, and payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
Student and NHS schemes
Students who verify through Student Beans get savings on phones and accessories. NHS and healthcare workers, whether still working or retired, can claim savings on contracts and SIM-only plans, verified via outside discount websites.
