Each device is checked and refurbished before it's sold, and every order comes with a 12-month warranty.

Phones are the focus, and Samsung models feature heavily, including the S24 Ultra, S23 Ultra and Z Flip 6. Tablets and accessories fill out the range. Refurbished devices are restored to a like-new standard, and buying one keeps working tech in use for longer. If you're upgrading, the trade-in service will buy your old device.
Delivery and returns at a glance
Order by 3pm on a weekday and next-day delivery is free. Weekend delivery costs £10 extra if you order by 3pm on Friday. Parcels travel by insured Royal Mail Special Delivery or DPD, and need a signature. Changed your mind? Returns are free within 30 days, in the original packaging and in the condition the item arrived. They're processed within 48 hours to four working days.
Warranty, payment and help
The 12-month warranty covers free repair or replacement of a faulty product, though phone batteries have six months of cover. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. Students can verify with UNiDAYS, Student Beans, TOTUM or NUS extra for a discount, and NHS and armed forces staff have their own. Support runs 9am to 5pm on weekdays by phone, email or live chat.
