In-stock books are normally dispatched on the next working day and arrive within five working days. Subscribers pay nothing for UK postage. Print-on-demand titles take two to three weeks. Readers abroad can order to any of World Zones 1 to 8; parcels take around 14 working days and have no tracking.
Returns and extras
You have 14 days from contacting customer services to send back unread print books. They must be in the original wrapping with the despatch note enclosed. Downloading an ebook ends the right to cancel it. Faulty items are replaced. A loyalty programme shows rewards after signing in. Its founders, Charles Boon and Gerald Mills, started it with £1,000.
