Spend over £25 and UK delivery is free. Click & Collect sends the order to a chosen Waterstones shop, and it is often ready within hours. Returns are accepted for 30 days, and UK customers can post online orders back free with Royal Mail. Items bought in a shop can go back to any branch with proof of purchase, if they are in pristine condition. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Extras worth knowing
The Plus Card loyalty scheme adds a stamp for every £10 spent, and ten stamps become £10 of credit. Students can verify through UNiDAYS, Student Beans or SheerID, or use the Plus Student Card. NHS staff and armed forces members have their own discounts too.
