Millie's Cookies has baked cookies in Britain since 1985, when a first counter opened inside Selfridges' Oxford Street food hall. Building a giant cookie
Personalised giant cookies are made to order. Choose the shape, the flavour of the base and the icing colours, then type a message for the icing team to pipe on. Ready-designed giants cover birthdays, anniversaries and Halloween. For sharing, pick and mix boxes hold 24 or 50 cookies, and mini bites come with dips. Cookie croissants and seasonal lines appear through the year. Cards, candles, balloons and confetti can be added, and businesses can place corporate orders.
Delivery and freshness
Cookies are baked on dispatch day and keep for four days at room temperature in their box. DHL delivers and gives a one-hour slot on the day. Weekday delivery costs £5.99; on Saturdays it is £6.49. Order before 1pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch; later orders arrive two days after ordering. Monday deliveries are baked on the Friday before. Ireland has a two-day service at £10.30, and click and collect from stores is another option.
If something goes wrong
Cookies are perishable, so report damaged, wrong or incomplete parcels within 24 hours. Keep the cookies and their packaging as evidence. The bakery then decides on a replacement, a refund or credit. A flavour you did not enjoy is not grounds for a refund. Changes or cancellations need three working days' notice before delivery. Students verified with UNiDAYS can get a discount.
