Delivery and timing
Nothing is pre-made, so printing time comes before dispatch. One policy page estimates 1 to 2 working days to produce an order, while another quotes 5 to 7. Plan ahead for birthdays. Within the UK, a parcel costs £3.99 and travels Royal Mail Tracked 48; spend over £30 and it is free. EU addresses take 3 to 5 working days with tracking, other countries 5 to 7, and the price depends on where it is going.
Getting it right first time
