About Mackey & O'Brien
What turns up
Home and garden is a large section, with outdoor dining pieces, curtains, lighting and cleaning supplies. Tools and DIY cover power tools, brackets and general DIY gear, and there is workwear too. Families will find baby and toddler items, toys and games, and back-to-school kit. Health and beauty, office supplies, craft materials and small electronics complete the mix. A Last Chance to Buy page shows lines that are about to run out.
Delivery and returns
Many items are dispatched the same day, with standard and express delivery across the UK. The shop also sends orders to several European countries, including Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Austria, Belgium and Sweden. Free delivery and returns apply to many products, so check the item page. The returns terms ask for items to be unused and in their original packaging, so keep the box until you are sure.
Paying and getting help
Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are accepted. Customer support can be reached by phone or email for any order questions.
