Freemans
Freemans is a Bradford-based retailer that began as a mail-order catalogue in 1905 and now trades mainly online. It belongs to Freemans Grattan Holdings, part of the Otto Group. The site mixes family clothing and shoes with furniture, home accessories, garden items and electricals. You can also spread payments through its own account.
About Freemans
What you can buy
Womenswear is a big part of the offer, with dresses, tops, lingerie, sportswear and the brand's own signature denim. Men's and children's clothing sit alongside, and the footwear range covers every season. Away from fashion, Freemans sells furniture, home décor and garden essentials, plus TVs, tech and household appliances. That breadth makes it handy for a family shop that mixes clothes with something for the house.
Paying your way
You can pay in full by Visa or Mastercard without opening an account. Alternatively, the Freemans Flexi Account lets you spread the cost through weekly or monthly payments, subject to a credit check. Treat it like any other credit agreement and read the terms first. Students can look for savings through Student Beans, and NHS staff use the Blue Light Card. A defence discount covers UK military and veterans.
Delivery and returns at a glance
Standard UK delivery costs from £3.99 and is free once your order passes £50. A named day service lets you choose when a parcel arrives. Freemans doesn't deliver abroad. You have 28 days to return items. Clothing goes back free, while larger or non-clothing items are arranged through customer service.
