About Bray Cured
Boards, gifts and subscriptions
A charcuterie board is the simplest way in, ready for a picnic, guests or a night in. Hampers and gift boxes suit birthdays, anniversaries and corporate gifting. Letterbox subscriptions send cured meats on a regular schedule, sized to fit through the door. Gift cards cover anyone who would rather choose their own. The products have won a string of awards.
Learning the craft
Charcuterie courses teach the basics of curing for people who want to try it themselves. A place on a course makes a good present for a keen home cook.
