About Bioethanol-fireplace
Picking a fire
The bioethanol range comes in several formats. Freestanding models suit open rooms, while wall-mounted and suspended fires keep the floor clear. Built-in inserts are made for custom installations, and tabletop burners work as a centrepiece. Many models come with remote control. Electric fireplaces and Opti-Myst hybrids produce a flame effect from mains power instead of liquid fuel.
Outdoors and accessories
For the garden there are fire pits, braziers and patio heaters. The shop also sells bioethanol fuel, decorative pieces and installation equipment, so a whole set-up can come from one order. Gift cards are available too.
Delivery, returns and help
Orders over £99 ship free within the UK, and international delivery is offered. Timings depend on the item's size and the address, and large pieces may need specialist delivery. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days, once customer service has authorised the return. The team answers by phone, email and live chat on weekdays, and live chat also runs on Saturdays. A price match guarantee, a trade account for professionals and a student discount are all listed.
