Indoor cabins use Canadian hemlock, and a few have glass sides; they run on Harvia heaters rated 2.3kW up to 3kW. For outside, there are steam saunas for two or four people and the thermowood Hiki S. A black hemlock cabin comes fitted with a 6kW Harvia heater. Indoor buyers can also choose full-spectrum infrared models.
Away from saunas, the shop lists hot tubs such as the three-seat Kilimanjaro spa, ice baths, electric stoves and multi-fuel stoves like the Blenheim. Warranty cover and aftercare are included with each order.
Plan the delivery
Mainland UK delivery costs nothing, and each product page gives an estimated date. Depending on stock, carrier and distance, a faster option arrives in 1 to 3 business days. Drivers deliver to the kerb only and won't carry items further, so line up help in advance. Check everything on arrival, as you have 7 calendar days to flag any transit damage.
Returns rules to know
You can send back items within 30 days if they are unused, unassembled and still boxed with every manual and part. Return postage is your cost, except where an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, and non-faulty returns may face a 10% restocking fee. Some products can't be returned at all: made-to-order pieces, ice baths and other water-based wellness items. Approved refunds arrive within 14 days.

No. CenturaHeat delivers kerbside only, and the driver is not required to move goods any further, so arrange help to carry heavy items into place.
Can I return an ice bath?
No. CenturaHeat excludes ice baths from returns, along with made-to-order pieces and other water-based wellness products, so check specifications before ordering.
What heaters do the saunas use?

How quickly are refunds paid?
