About Thompson & Morgan
From packet to plot
Seeds are the backbone of the range, covering flowers, vegetables and herbs. For a head start, young plants include bedding, perennials, shrubs and fruit. Spring and summer flowering bulbs arrive in their seasons. Compost, fertiliser, tools and accessories cover the practical side.
Horticulturists test and select varieties for germination and healthy growth. New and exclusive introductions appear regularly, including disease-resistant vegetables.
Help while you grow
Growing guides on the website explain sowing and care, and plant descriptions spell out what to expect. If something puzzles you, the customer service team offers gardening advice as well as order help.
Before you order
Standard UK delivery usually takes three to five working days. Live plants and bulbs follow their own schedule, which you'll see when you order. Shipping costs are worked out at checkout, based on order value and the type of item. Plants are packed with care for the journey. The company does not ship abroad.
You have 14 days to send back non-perishable items, provided they are unused and in original condition. Plants and seeds have a separate guarantee, so report any problem on arrival straight away. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal, and gift cards are sold.
