What you can order
Cookies are the main event, personalised for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, weddings, new babies, Eid and Mother's Day. Face cookies and photo-printed edible cookies add a personal likeness, and vegan cookies are on the menu too. Macarons make a good alternative gift, and cakes and cupcakes cover bigger celebrations. Get well soon and thank you designs suit smaller gestures.
Delivery at a glance
Cookies and macarons can be sent anywhere in the UK. Cakes, though, are couriered only within London Zones 1 to 3, Tuesday to Friday. Order by 1pm for next-day delivery, and standard shipping is free above a minimum spend. Gift cards are available for anyone who wants to let the recipient choose.
Good to know
Because everything is freshly baked, items cannot be returned, but the bakery will replace an order if there is a quality problem. Cookie subscriptions run for 3, 6 or 12 months. Members of Steph's Cookie Club collect Cookie Coins on each purchase to spend on rewards. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Apple Pay.

No. Cakes are couriered only within London Zones 1 to 3, from Tuesday to Friday. Cookies and macarons can go to any UK postcode.
What if there is a problem with my order?
Fresh bakes cannot be returned, but contact customer service about any quality concern and the bakery will provide a replacement.
How fast can Baked by Steph deliver?
Orders placed by 1pm can be delivered the next day. Standard shipping is also available, and it is free once your order passes the minimum spend.
