About Yankee Candle
Picking a size and format
Jar candles come in small, medium and large. As a rough guide, a small jar burns for 25 to 40 hours and a medium for 65 to 75. A large jar manages 110 to 150 hours, several times longer than the small one. Votives and tea lights are handy for layering scents or adding low light around a room. If an open flame isn't practical, reed diffusers give a steady scent without one. Electric units let you turn the strength up or down.
Accessories and gifts
Warmers, snuffers, wick trimmers and decorative holders help candles burn evenly and look tidy. The site lets you filter by fragrance family, type of product or collection, which helps when buying for someone else. Gift cards are also available.
Delivery and returns
Standard UK delivery usually takes three to five working days, with faster options often offered. Orders over £30 qualify for free delivery. Unused items in their original packaging can normally be returned within about 30 days of arrival; check the returns page for the exact terms. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal, and questions go through the contact form or email.
