About PartyLite
Candles and fragrance
Candles are the heart of the range. Options include 3-Wick Jars, Tealights and pillar candles, plus GloLite, which the brand bills as the world's brightest candle. Scents rotate, with names such as Iced Snowberries and Fig Fatale. For homes where an open flame is not practical, there are diffusers and wax melts. Matching décor accessories help tie a room together.
How PartyLite works
Besides the website, PartyLite sells through a network of Brand Ambassadors. That direct-selling model means some customers buy from a local consultant rather than online. The brand focuses on cleaner candle formulations and sources natural, ethically produced ingredients. A Rewards programme gives points on purchases and referrals: one point for each £1 spent, with 100 points worth £10.
Delivery and returns
Orders are delivered within the UK only. The returns policy allows unwanted items back within 30 days, though checking the current terms on the site is sensible. Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are accepted. Gift cards are not offered, so a candle set is the easier present. Customer service answers email on weekdays between 9am and 5pm.
Sustainability at PartyLite
Committed to sourcing natural, ethically produced ingredients. Safer formulations prioritising well-being.

PartyLite FAQs
Can I buy PartyLite without going through a consultant?
Yes. The full range can be ordered online at partylite.co.uk, as well as through the brand's network of Brand Ambassadors.
Does PartyLite make flameless products?
It does. Diffusers and wax melts give scent without a lit candle, and they sit alongside the jar candles and tealights.
How many days do I have to return something?
PartyLite UK's returns policy allows 30 days. Check the website for the latest conditions before sending anything back.
Does PartyLite ship abroad?
No. The UK site delivers within the UK only, and it accepts Visa, Mastercard and PayPal at checkout.
