Waltons
Waltons builds timber garden buildings and sells them online, from log cabins and garden rooms to summerhouses, playhouses and greenhouses. The family business goes back to 1878, when it started out making beehives and hand tools. Five generations on, it still works to the motto of 'doing things properly', and delivery is free to most UK postcodes.

About Waltons
Which building
Log cabins are the most adaptable: people use them as home offices, gyms or quiet retreats. Insulated garden rooms are built for comfort through the seasons. Summerhouses give a classic spot for relaxing outdoors. Wooden playhouses are for the children, and greenhouses help gardeners stretch the growing season. All the timber is sustainably sourced and FSC certified, and the buildings are designed and made in the UK. Measure your plot and check garden access before choosing a size.
Paying and getting it built
Delivery is free to most UK postcodes, so check yours early. Waltons' own team can install the building if you'd rather not do it yourself. Interest-free finance helps spread the cost, and Visa, Mastercard and PayPal are accepted too. Education staff with a verified .ac.uk email can claim a discount. Returns are handled through customer service, so raise any doubts before ordering. The phone line is open weekdays from 8:30am to 5pm.
