Standard delivery to mainland UK costs nothing and takes 3 to 5 days. The express service takes 1 to 2 days, and weekday express orders placed before 11am leave the same day. Heavy goods come by kerbside pallet in 2 to 3 working days. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may carry surcharges.
Sending things back
Tell Elixir within 14 days of delivery if you want to return something unused and in its original packaging. You then have another 14 days to post it, at your own cost. Report transit damage within 24 hours.
