About Up & Running
Shoes, kit and tech
Footwear comes from Brooks, ASICS, New Balance, Saucony, adidas, Mizuno and Altra. Expect neutral, stability, trail and lightweight race shoes. Clothing includes tops, shorts, leggings and jackets from labels such as Ronhill and Pressio. For data-minded runners there are Garmin and Coros watches, plus bone conduction headphones from Shokz. Goodr sunglasses, Hilly socks and hydration gear complete the kit.
Getting the right fit
Free gait analysis in store looks at how you run before suggesting a shoe. Shopping online instead, the Shoe Finder tool gives personalised suggestions. Up & Running also hosts free weekly 5K social runs.

Yes. Up & Running accepts worn shoes within 30 days if they turn out not to be right for you. Standard returns also run for 30 days.
Do I need to pay for gait analysis?
No. Gait analysis is free in Up & Running stores. Online shoppers can use the Shoe Finder tool for guidance instead.
Can I collect an online order from a shop?
Yes, click and collect is available at Up & Running stores. Home delivery is free on orders over £50.
