Shoes for every surface
Footwear is the core of the range. Road runners can pick neutral, stability, lightweight or carbon-plated models, while off-road runners get dedicated trail and fell shoes. Track and cross-country athletes will find spikes, and there are wide-fit, vegan and waterproof options too. Many shoes come in half sizes and several widths.
Advice before you buy
Every shoe purchase includes a free Natural Gait Analysis. It looks at how your whole body moves as you run, not only where your foot lands. You can have it done at the London store or online. Booking ahead is sensible at busy times. The team also runs clubs, local races, a sports clinic and running-form coaching.
Delivery, collection and returns
UK delivery is free above a minimum spend, so check the current threshold at checkout. Faster options cost extra: Next Day or Priority First Class, for weekday orders placed before 3pm. Click and Collect is free at the London store, and DHL carries orders going abroad. UK returns are free, with a 28-day window and a trial period on shoes.
