The Explore More scheme
Runners Need runs a free membership called Explore More. Members get a three-year extended warranty, a price match promise, 100-day returns on full-price buys and early access to new shoe releases. Membership is also needed for the Blue Light Card offer for NHS and healthcare staff and for the armed forces discount. Students verify through Student Beans or TOTUM.
Returns and collection
Without membership, full-price items can go back within 30 days, and reduced or clearance items within 14 days. Return by post at your own cost, or take the item and proof of purchase to any store. Faulty goods have postage refunded, while outlet-store buys are final. Click and collect is available, gift cards are sold, and the shop takes Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and PayPal. Delivery is within the UK, with costs shown at checkout.
