About StubHub Aff FR
How buying works
StubHub is a marketplace rather than a box office, so tickets are listed by other fans and sellers and StubHub handles payment and transfer. Most tickets are digital and appear in the buyer's StubHub account instantly or soon after purchase. Every order is covered by the StubHub guarantee, though the user agreement sets out some restrictions.
What you can book
Listings span major sporting fixtures, concerts by big touring artists, and theatre, including Broadway productions as well as UK stage shows. Searching for live events near you is the quickest way to see what is on.
Good to know
Traditional returns rarely apply to event tickets, so problems go through customer service. The team can also explain how to resell tickets you cannot use. Support runs seven days a week on London time, with longer hours on weekdays. Students can get a discount through Student Beans, and service members can access discounts through GOVX. Big spenders may be invited into StubHub Beyond. It is open to those spending £10,000 or more in a year across three or more orders. Its perks include refund protection and premier service. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
