About Spartoo
Shoes first, then the rest
The footwear range runs from trainers and flat shoes to heels and sturdy boots. Familiar labels include Dr. Martens, Timberland, New Balance, Asics and Polo Ralph Lauren. Handbags and clothing sit alongside the shoes, so it is possible to put together a full outfit in one order. Children's styles are covered as well as adult ranges.
Delivery, returns and payment
UK delivery is free on orders over £20, and an express service is available if you need something quickly. Unworn items in their original packaging can go back free within 30 days. There are no Spartoo shops in the UK, so every purchase is made online. Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Klarna.
Extras worth knowing
Regular customers can join the Spartoo & me loyalty club, collecting points on purchases that later turn into credit. Students can claim a discount through Student Beans or UNiDAYS, and NHS staff and military personnel have options via Blue Light Card. Customer service is open weekdays from 8am to 4pm, by phone or email. Shopperazzi lists Spartoo's products together with current offers and delivery details.
