About SimplyCook
What arrives in the box
A box contains four recipe cards and four matching flavour kits. Kits include pastes, infused oils, garnishes, rubs, stocks and spice blends, each made by chefs with up to 23 ingredients. Each recipe then needs four to six fresh extras, bought separately or already in your kitchen. Most recipes take about 20 minutes and serve two to four people.
Choosing recipes
The recipe library spans Thai, Indian and Italian cooking and more, with vegetarian and gluten-free options. You can pick your own four or leave the choice to SimplyCook, guided by your taste preferences. Only measured flavour kits are sent, so there are no fresh ingredients to spoil. Fewer half-used jars end up at the back of the cupboard, too.
Plans, delivery and support
Boxes are letterbox-friendly and come weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with the option to skip or pause. Delivery is UK-only. If a box arrives damaged, contact customer service at [email protected]. There is no returns process as such, but subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. SimplyCook takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Gift cards are available, and students can claim a discount through Student Beans.
