Measuring and choosing
With more than 500 designs and colours, the choice is wide, so start with the space. Runrug's measuring guide walks through stairs step by step, and staff will give free measuring advice if you are unsure. Hall runners and stair runners are cut to a custom length. Bespoke rugs and decorative stair rods help finish a hallway.
Fitting
If you would rather not lay a stair runner yourself, Runrug can book one of its approved fitters to do the job. That is worth considering on long or winding staircases.
Delivery, returns and timings
Delivery is free on most UK orders, and international shipping is available. Made-to-measure pieces take around 7 to 14 working days. Standard items can be returned within 14 days, but anything cut to your measurements cannot be refunded, so double-check sizes before ordering. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Klarna are accepted, and the team is available on weekdays from 9am to 5pm. Runrug Rewards members collect points, with 200 given for joining.
