Cover after you buy
Each watch has a 2-year guarantee, and registering it online adds a further 12 months. The cover excludes batteries, glass, leather straps and any damage you cause. Bracelet adjustment is free.
Delivery and returns
UK orders go free via Royal Mail Tracked 48, and most land within two to five working days. Rotary also ships to Ireland and several EU countries, including France, Germany and Spain, with costs and duties shown at checkout. A change of mind is covered for 30 days after purchase, unless the watch was engraved, personalised or altered for you. PayPal and Klarna are accepted, and phone lines open weekdays from 9am until 4pm.

Yes. Register the watch online and the standard two-year guarantee gains an extra 12 months. Batteries, glass and leather straps are not included.
Can engraved watches be returned?
No. Watches engraved, personalised or altered at your request can't be sent back. Anything else can come back within 30 days of buying it.
How is a Rotary order delivered in the UK?
It goes free of charge with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Expect it in two to five working days in most cases, with a seven-day target.
