Watches, diamonds and pre-owned
Watch buyers can choose new releases from the major luxury brands. If you'd rather not pay for brand new, there are pre-owned and ex-display watches. Jewellery covers engagement rings, diamond pieces, gold bracelets, necklaces and earrings, with precious stones throughout. Pre-owned jewellery is sold too.
Paying and collecting
Free Click & Collect lets you pick up from a Goldsmiths showroom. Home delivery is free over £200, and next day delivery is offered on orders placed by 9pm, seven days a week. For bigger purchases, interest-free credit runs for up to 3 years through V12 Retail Finance. Cards and PayPal are accepted, and gift cards are sold.
Returns and extras
Unworn items in their original packaging can come back within 30 days. Register an online return with the order number and the email address you used. Students can claim a discount through UNiDAYS, TOTUM, Student Beans or GoCertify. Discounts also cover NHS staff, the armed forces and emergency service workers.
